Canadian Weigh Sales Policy
All orders are shipped from the manufacturer direct to you. You may rest assured knowing your scale will be in stock, and that it will be shipped to you from a large company. We are located in Calgary, but scales are drop-shipped from the manufacturer in Vancouver, BC. This saves time and money on your purchase. Please select the type of scale you're looking for from the menu at the top of the screen. We stock pocket scales, mid-sized scales, shipping scales, baby scales, pen scales, triple beams, body fat scales, and more.
Please note: we do not offer telephone sales. Our agreements with Visa and MasterCard require that all orders be placed through our secure web server. Please place your order online.
Shipping and Payment Options
All scales are shipped discreetly in plain boxes to avoid theft. We offer same-day or next-day shipping on all orders.
Please note: due to courier service stipulations, we're not able to offer express service to PO boxes — the courier service does not allow it. If an order for a PO box is marked for express service, it will automatically be shipped regular service instead. As well, customers opting for express shipping to addresses outside of major city centres can expect the service to take 2 days rather than overnight, as the courier does not guarantee overnight delivery outside of a hub city. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order, and 3–10 business days for delivery. All prices are in CAD. You may select your shipping preference during checkout.
No pickups: Sorry, but we do not allow pickups of orders. All orders must be shipped by mail or overnight courier — these are the rules of the Order Fulfillment Centre.

Exchange/Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour exchange/refund policy. If you receive a scale from us and find it defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours, the manufacturer's warranty will be your remedy for any defects or problems. All of our scales come with full multi-year warranties.
If you'd like to do a return or exchange within the 48-hour window, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: all closeout sale items are considered final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable.
Warranty & Legal
My Weigh has upgraded their warranty program. All My Weigh scales sold after November 15, 2003 are now covered under their new Lifetime/30-year warranty program, a free upgrade by My Weigh. Even if your scale's warranty card says "5 years" or "6 years," it is now automatically covered for your lifetime (30 years in Europe, due to European restrictions). My Weigh is the first scale company to offer this warranty.
Almost all My Weigh models are now made from bio-degradable plastics — the hemp plastic line remains the most earth-friendly, but with their full range converting to bio-degradable materials, My Weigh and Jennings are leading the industry in waste reduction.
